Born in Conyers, Georgia, on October 30, 2006, Travis L. Greene Jr. has always been driven by purpose, creativity, and compassion. Raised by Sacha Greene and Travis L. Greene Sr., he grew up in a home grounded in faith, hard work, and community service — values that continue to shape every step of his journey.
Travis is currently a student at Clark Atlanta University, majoring in Business Administration. His studies provide him with the foundation to one day manage and operate his own funeral home — a dream that combines his passion for service with his entrepreneurial spirit.
At the age of 12, Travis discovered his calling to become a funeral director and embalmer, inspired by his desire to comfort families and honor lives with dignity. Under the mentorship of Mayor Shameka Reynolds at Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Lithonia, Georgia, he gained valuable hands-on experience in the funeral services field. This mentorship helped cultivate his professionalism, compassion, and leadership — qualities that now define his path.
In 2022, Travis brought his vision to the digital world by creating T.L. Greene Funeral Home on Roblox. This innovative virtual funeral home redefines how people understand and experience the profession. His creation went viral, amassing over 55,000 followers and 1.2 million likes on TikTok (@tlgfuneralhomeroblox).
Through this platform, Travis has built a thriving community and become a source of inspiration for future funeral directors and embalmers. His work not only entertains but educates — shedding light on the beauty, respect, and purpose behind funeral service.
Beyond his virtual success, Travis also runs a graphic design business and offers signature memorial services, including crowning ceremonies, top-hat steppers, live musicians, and floral tributes. His attention to detail, creativity, and compassion have distinguished him as a young leader with a clear vision for excellence in the funeral profession.
Travis’s inspiring journey was highlighted by Voyage ATL in July 2024, showcasing his unique blend of entrepreneurship, faith, and innovation.
When he’s not studying or building his brand, Travis remains an active member of All Nations Life and Praise Cathedral in Stockbridge, Georgia, where his faith continues to guide his purpose.
Looking forward, Travis plans to attend mortuary school after completing his business degree, with the ultimate goal of owning and operating his own funeral home. His dream is to build a legacy of compassion, professionalism, and excellence that will serve families for generations to come.
Travis L. Greene Jr. is more than a student and entrepreneur — he’s a visionary reshaping the future of funeral service. Through passion, innovation, and heart, he’s proving that success isn’t just about building a business; it’s about uplifting lives and leaving a lasting impact.
