OKANA's Cashless System

The OKANA Resort operates on a cashless system, only credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, or OKANA Resort wristband/card are accepted forms of payment. 

All guests are given wristbands that enable seamless transactions using the card associated with your account. Your wristband is your room key, wallet, and water park access pass.

This allows convenient room charges throughout the resort, including restaurants, spa, and retail areas. Wristbands are pre-authorized at $100 per room upon your arrival. Your wristband activates at check-in and continues through the very end of your stay. Once activated, there is no need to carry your card with you. If you wish to purchase alcoholic beverages, you must present your photo id. Any unused funds will be returned within 3 to 5 business days.

Need to convert cash? Use the cash-to-credit ATMs in the lobby or outside the indoor water park entrance. You can deposit cash into the ATM and that amount will be credited to your wristband.
