Dress Codes
All participants are required to wear appropriate dress for MUN conferences (business casual attire)
Male participants: a suit and dress shoes.
Female participants: a blazer, a skirt/pants, heels/flats with no toes showing.
Conference Scoring Regulations
Scoring will not be shared with any delegates at any time throughout or after the conference.
There will be no awards due to this conference being a THIMUN procedure-based conference.
Digital Regulations
AI should not be used in any piece of work for the conference
Delegates should put their technological devices to silence or do not disturb mode during committee sessions
Digital products are only allowed for drafting resolutions and also on podiums
If violated, devices may be confiscated after one warning is issued for the committee session and returned in the next
General Regulations Debate-related discussions will not be allowed outside of committee sessions
Participants will be required to fill out a liability form and parental approval form, provided during registration
Other regulations
A survey will be conducted by the end of the second committee session, and non-chairing DSGs will join committees to collect feedback on the chair and co-chair, progress, and other general concerns regarding the conference.
Inappropriate behaviour observed throughout the conference can be reported through an anonymous form available on the event website. The secretary group will inform the teacher supervisor and decide on subsequent consequences accordingly.
