Simple Compress & Resize Support
Need help with photo compression, resizing, saving or sharing?

Please include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not email personal photos unless you choose to share them for troubleshooting.
Saving images
When you first save, allow the app to add photos. If access was denied, open Settings, find Simple Compress & Resize, and review its Photos permission. Your original photos are not changed.
Supported images
Choose JPG, JPEG or PNG. When selecting a photo from an iPhone library, the system may provide a compatible JPEG copy. Unsupported or damaged files may not open.
Privacy
Photo processing happens on your device. Recent history can be removed using Clear in Recent. Saved copies must be deleted from Photos or the app where you shared them.
