Scope
This policy applies to Color Korea: Coloring for Kids, an iPad coloring app for children, and support requests for that app. It is separate from the policies for other TK Apps products. Color Korea is being prepared for App Store release.
Information in the app
The app does not require an app account. It does not ask children for a name, email address, or date of birth. The current app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not implement a feature that sends personal information to an operator-controlled server. Artwork, progress, language preferences, and audio settings are stored on the device.
Purchases
Optional picture packs use Apple's in-app purchase system. The app uses Apple StoreKit to check and restore purchase entitlements. TK Apps does not directly receive your payment card or bank account details. Apple processes account and transaction information under its own policies. Purchase records and entitlements are separate from locally saved artwork.
Narration
Stories and questions use pre-generated AI audio bundled with the app. Listening does not record the child's voice or send it to a speech-generation service. No microphone input is needed for narration.
Children and parental controls
Purchases and settings are accessed through a parental gate. The gate is not identity verification or a system for collecting legally verified parental consent. We do not ask children to contact support or provide personal information. A parent or guardian can email us with questions.
Support email
If you contact tkapps.sa@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send. We use that information to answer and manage your support request. Do not send children's personal details, account passwords, or payment credentials. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support information; requests may be subject to legal retention requirements. Email is handled through Google's Gmail service, whose policies also apply to its processing.
Storage and deletion
Artwork and preferences remain on the device. Removing app data, uninstalling the app, and device backup settings can affect whether data is deleted or retained. Device data is not stored on a TK Apps server for us to retrieve. Apple manages its purchase records separately. For information sent to support, contact the email address above.
This website and service providers
This support website is hosted on Google Sites. Google may process technical information associated with visits under its own policies. The website's hosting and email services are separate from the offline coloring and bundled narration features in the app.

앱에서 처리하는 정보
회원가입이 필요하지 않으며 아이의 이름·이메일·생년월일 입력을 요구하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 광고나 제3자 분석 SDK가 없고, 운영자가 관리하는 서버로 개인정보를 전송하도록 구현된 기능이 없습니다. 색칠한 작품, 진행 상태, 언어와 음성 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다.
앱 내 구입
선택 구매하는 그림 팩은 Apple의 앱 내 구입을 사용합니다. 앱은 Apple StoreKit으로 구매 권한을 확인하고 복원합니다. TK Apps가 결제 카드번호나 은행 계좌 정보를 직접 받지 않습니다. Apple이 처리하는 계정·거래 정보에는 Apple의 정책이 적용됩니다. 구매 기록과 권한은 기기에 저장한 작품과 별개입니다.
이야기 음성
이야기와 질문은 미리 제작해 앱에 포함한 AI 합성 음성을 사용합니다. 듣기 기능은 아이의 목소리를 녹음하거나 음성 합성 서비스로 보내지 않으며 마이크 입력이 필요하지 않습니다.
어린이와 보호자 확인
구매와 설정에는 보호자 확인 화면이 있습니다. 이 화면은 신원 인증이나 법적으로 확인된 보호자 동의 수집 기능을 의미하지 않습니다. 아이에게 지원 문의나 개인정보 제공을 요구하지 않습니다. 보호자가 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.

tkapps.sa@gmail.com으로 문의하면 발신 이메일 주소와 직접 제공한 내용을 받으며, 문의에 답변하고 처리하는 데 사용합니다. 아이의 개인정보, 계정 비밀번호, 결제 인증 정보를 보내지 마세요. 지원 내용은 문의 처리와 관련 의무 이행에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 지원 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며 법적 보관 의무가 적용될 수 있습니다. 이메일에는 Google Gmail 서비스를 사용하며 해당 서비스의 정보 처리에는 Google의 정책도 적용됩니다.
보관과 삭제
작품과 설정은 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱 데이터 삭제·앱 제거 및 백업 설정에 따라 삭제되거나 보관될 수 있습니다. 기기 데이터는 TK Apps 서버에서 복구해 제공할 수 있도록 저장되지 않습니다. Apple 구매 기록은 Apple이 별도로 관리합니다. 지원 문의로 제공한 정보는 위 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
웹사이트와 서비스 제공자
이 지원 사이트는 Google Sites에 호스팅됩니다. Google은 자체 정책에 따라 방문 관련 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 웹사이트 호스팅과 이메일 서비스는 앱의 오프라인 색칠·내장 음성 기능과 별개입니다.
