Who this app is for
ClassTrack is a class and attendance management app intended for adult instructors. It is not intended for children to create their own accounts. Instructors must have appropriate authority to enter student information, including any required parent or guardian permission, and should enter only information needed to manage lessons.
Information processed
Account information: your name, email address, account identifier and authentication/session information when you register or sign in, including with Google and, where offered on iOS, Apple. When Apple Hide My Email is used, the app receives an Apple private relay email address instead of your actual email address.
Teaching records: class names and schedules, student names, lesson/package counts, attendance dates and statuses, and related records you enter or update.
Purchase information: product and transaction identifiers, purchase receipts/tokens, refund status and the advertising-removal entitlement. Payments are handled by Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS; ClassTrack does not receive your full payment-card details.
Technical information: device and app information, IP address, identifiers, service and diagnostic information, and advertising/consent information may be processed by the services used to operate the app. Language, theme and session or entitlement-cache settings may be stored on your device.
How information is used
To authenticate users, save and display teaching records, manage attendance and remaining lessons, provide support, keep the service secure, verify and restore purchases, and manage advertising and privacy choices. ClassTrack does not intentionally send student names or attendance records to the advertising SDK as ad-targeting parameters.
Services involved
Base44 provides application hosting, account services and database storage. Google provides Google sign-in, Google Play billing on Android, and AdMob advertising/consent services. Apple provides Sign in with Apple and App Store billing on iOS. The iOS app verifies purchases with StoreKit on the device; it does not send iOS receipts or transactions to RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes Android app account identifiers and purchase information to verify advertising-removal access. These services process relevant information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on the provider's infrastructure.

Advertising and choices
The Android and iOS apps support banner ads and a one-time advertising-removal purchase. Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad-related technical information to serve and measure ads. Where required, a Google consent message provides choices before ad requests are permitted. The app's Settings includes Ad privacy settings to reopen choices when Google makes that option available. Declining personalised advertising does not necessarily prevent all ads; availability depends on the applicable consent choices and provider rules. Purchasing ad removal does not remove account or teaching data and does not end processing needed for login, support or purchase verification.
On iOS, App Tracking Transparency asks for permission before the app requests access to the advertising identifier for tracking. You may decline and continue using ClassTrack. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. Ad choices and tracking permission are separate controls.
Access and security
Teaching records are associated with the instructor account that creates them and access is restricted through the app's permission rules. Service providers and authorised support personnel may process information as needed to operate, support and protect the service. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion requests
Teaching records and account information are kept to provide the service while the account is used, unless removed or a verified deletion request is fulfilled. You can delete your account and associated teaching records in Settings > Delete Account after confirming the permanent deletion. To request access, correction, account deletion or deletion of associated teaching records by email, contact Tkapps.sa@gmail.com from the registered account address with the subject “ClassTrack data request”. Identify the request without sending passwords or unnecessary student details. We may verify account ownership before acting. Where records must be retained for legal, security or transaction-related reasons, the reason and scope will be explained in response to the request. Google Play, Apple, and other providers may retain their own transaction or service records under their policies. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete cloud data.
Your rights and updates
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, withdraw consent, or contact a relevant supervisory authority. Contact the address above to make a request. This page will be updated if the app's data practices change; the effective date identifies the latest version.

ClassTrack은 성인 강사용 수업·출석 관리 앱입니다. 어린이가 직접 계정을 만들도록 설계하지 않았습니다. 강사는 학생 정보를 입력할 적절한 권한과 필요한 보호자 동의 등을 확보하고, 수업 관리에 필요한 정보만 입력해야 합니다.
회원가입·Google 로그인 및 iOS에서 제공하는 Apple 로그인 시 이름, 이메일, 계정 식별자와 인증·세션 정보를 처리합니다. Apple의 이메일 가리기를 사용하면 실제 이메일 대신 Apple 비공개 릴레이 이메일 주소를 받습니다. 강사가 입력하는 수업명·일정, 학생 이름, 수업 횟수, 출석 날짜·상태 등 수업 기록을 저장합니다. 광고 제거 구매 확인을 위해 상품·거래 식별자, 영수증·구매 토큰, 환불 및 구매 권한 정보를 처리합니다. 결제는 Android에서 Google Play가, iOS에서 Apple App Store가 처리하며 앱은 전체 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 운영에 사용하는 서비스는 기기·앱 정보, IP 주소, 식별자, 진단·광고·동의 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 기기에 언어·테마·세션·구매 권한 캐시 등이 저장될 수 있습니다.
처리 목적과 외부 서비스
로그인, 수업 기록 저장·표시, 출석과 잔여 횟수 관리, 지원·보안, 구매 확인·복원, 광고와 동의 선택 관리를 위해 정보를 처리합니다. 학생 이름과 출석 기록을 광고 타겟팅 매개변수로 광고 SDK에 의도적으로 보내지 않습니다.
Base44는 호스팅·계정·데이터베이스를, Google은 로그인·Play 결제·AdMob 광고 및 동의 서비스를, RevenueCat은 Android 계정 식별자와 구매 정보를 통한 광고 제거 권한 확인을 제공합니다. iOS 구매는 기기의 StoreKit에서 검증하며 iOS 영수증이나 거래 내역을 RevenueCat으로 보내지 않습니다. 광고와 개인정보 선택
Android 및 iOS 앱은 배너 광고와 일회성 광고 제거 구매를 지원합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 기기 식별자와 관련 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 광고 요청 전 Google 동의 화면에서 선택할 수 있으며 Google이 해당 선택 기능을 제공하는 경우 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. 맞춤 광고 거부가 모든 광고의 중단을 뜻하지는 않습니다. 광고 제거를 구매해도 로그인·지원·구매 확인에 필요한 정보 처리는 계속될 수 있습니다.
iOS에서는 추적을 위한 광고 식별자 접근을 요청하기 전에 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성 권한을 묻습니다. 거부해도 ClassTrack을 계속 사용할 수 있으며 iOS 설정에서 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 선택과 추적 권한은 별개의 설정입니다.
접근·보안·보관 및 삭제
수업 기록은 생성한 강사 계정과 연결되며 앱 권한 규칙으로 접근을 제한합니다. 서비스 운영·지원·보호에 필요한 범위에서 서비스 제공업체와 권한 있는 지원 담당자가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 모든 시스템의 보안을 완전히 보장할 수는 없습니다.
계정과 수업 기록은 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 이용자가 삭제하거나 확인된 삭제 요청을 처리할 때까지 유지될 수 있습니다. 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 영구 삭제를 확인해 계정과 관련 수업 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이메일을 통한 열람·정정·계정 및 관련 수업 기록 삭제는 가입한 이메일에서 Tkapps.sa@gmail.com으로 제목 ‘ClassTrack data request’를 사용해 요청해 주세요. 비밀번호와 불필요한 학생 정보는 보내지 마세요. 소유자 확인 후 처리하며 법률·보안·거래 관련 사유로 보관이 필요한 정보가 있다면 해당 사유와 범위를 안내합니다. Google Play·Apple 등 제공업체의 자체 거래·운영 기록은 각 방침에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다. 로그아웃이나 앱 삭제만으로 클라우드 데이터가 삭제되지는 않습니다.
지역에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·동의 철회 및 관련 감독기관에 연락할 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. 문의는 위 이메일로 보내 주세요. 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.
