Me and Chris went back stage after the show, Mike Oldfield waved at us as he was driven passed in his limo.
We wanted to see Pierre Moerlen but had a chat with his brother Benoit, who signed our Programs.
This was the Remote Control tour. Me and Chris could not bring ourselves to buy a program. It was far to expensive. But then it did cost 3 quid to get in !!! How would we have afforded a kebab for the trip home?
At the end a guy leapt on stage and nicked his E-bow.
There were two performances of this show on the same evening. We picked the earlier one because I had exams the next day. At the end of the first performance (mainly Time is the Key and Downwind) we were told that we could stay for the next performance if we wanted to. We didn't need asking twice. I did stay awake during the exam.
