Dear Academicians and Researchers,

Following the successful completion of its first volume, the Turkish Journal of Statistics and Data Science (TJSDS) is pleased to announce that the submission process has started for Volume 02. As of this volume, TJSDS has adopted a continuous publication model, under which accepted manuscripts are published online as soon as they are ready, within the same volume.

During the first volume, a total of 17 manuscripts were submitted to the journal; 5 were rejected, and 2 were withdrawn by the authors. The time from initial submission to final decision (acceptance/rejection) was observed as a median of 49 days and an average of 82 days.

The TJSDS is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access, and free-of-charge journal (no APC or submission fees), accepting original research articles and review papers written in Turkish or English in the fields of statistics and data science.

TJSDS aims to publish studies that contribute to the national and international literature through the processing, modeling, and analysis of data, while also providing a qualified publication platform for the discussion of current topics in data science.

Main subject areas include:

Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, and Multidisciplinary Studies.
