About the Conference

The Japan-Taiwan Conference on Combinatorics and its Applications was initiated by Prof. Hung-Lin Fu (National Chiao-Tung University) and Prof. Chin-Mei Fu (Tamkang University) in 2011. Since then, the conference was held biannually in various institutions in Taiwan and Japan alternatively. The previous host sites:

• The 1st Conference was in Tamkang University (Taiwan), April 2011.
• The 2nd Conference was in Nagoya University (Japan), November 2012.
• The 3rd Conference was in Chia-yi University (Taiwan), March 2014.
• The 4th Conference was at Kitakyushu International Conference Center (Japan), March 2016.

Now is the 5th Conference. The aim of the conference is the promotion of research exchanges between Japan and Taiwan in the areas of Designs, Graphs, Codes, Networks, Experimental Designs, and their collaborative fields.
