2023 Fall Festival of Bands
Saturday, October 7th
The 20th Annual Festival of Bands is on October 7th at 6pm and is just around the corner!! If this is your first one, you are in for a treat! We have 12 visiting groups, over 900 students just in the bands! Each one will take a turn performing, with TJ being last. All booths will close when TJ performs. If each band member brings one visitor, we will have over 1800 people in the stadium so it is crucial we have all of your help! As a band family, we do ask you to contribute in a couple ways.
1. Donation of items
Basket Raffle: There will be a table with many wonderful baskets filled with all kinds of items that we need from all of you! There is a bin in the band room for donations.
Concessions/VIP: We are asking each grade to donate multiple cases of drinks; most will be used for the concession stand and some for the VIP room and the water for visiting bands. Any drinks that are left over after the festival will be used for our students on senior night, games etc. Please bring drink donations to band practice the week leading up to the festival labeled with your name. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0E48ACA82FA2FC1-20232

2. Donation of time
We need you!! It will take over 250 manhours that evening to staff the band festival. You do not have to be a band patron to volunteer. Please bring your family, friends, and neighbors to help out! Students can receive community service hours as well.
