INSTRUMENTATION
Generating and interpreting large biological datasets is at the core of our lab’s research approach, requiring techniques that minimize processing time and maximize throughput. With an emphasis on metabolite quantitation and characterization, measurement accuracy and resolution are also important in ensuring the reliability of the data we produce.
As such, the Tiziani lab has invested heavily into top-of-the-line instrumentation to generate high-quality data with exceptional throughput in-house.
Our instruments enable us to perform various analyses without consulting a research core:
High-Throughput Primary Screening (ATP/ROS assays)
High-Content Secondary Metabolomics-based Phenotypic Screening (NMR/MS-based metabolomics)
NMR- and MS-based metabolic studies (Untargeted metabolomics)
Metabolic fluxes analysis (13C/15N labeled nutrients)
