The developer and trainer of the TIP model. He is a psychotherapist with 15+year-experience, adjunct faculty members in Japanese universities, researcher, writer, and a leader in psychotherapy called Brainspotting.

A counselor education faculty member of the graduate CMHC program at The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania-Lock Haven University. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings for 15+ years, being licensed in multiple states.

He has worked with Dr. Taka to develop and spread out the TIP model into Japanese community. He is a certified public psychologist and clinical psychologist.

She is a licensed psychometrician and a therapist for 5 years. She also works as a Psychology lecturer in a review and consultancy center in the Philippines. Along with this, she helps ESL learners acquire the English language effectively.
