We do things a little differently for each age group, so please make sure you read the section that refers to your child's class
Stage Rehearsals - What to expect
All students are to arrive at 9.15am dressed in their first costume as per the concert running order with their hair done - ready to go on stage. Please note, that there will not be enough time to change after their stage rehearsal.
When you arrive, you will be shown to a dressing room to place your child's costumes and their shoes. Please also leave them a bottle of water. Parents are then asked to wait in the foyer while we run stage rehearsals.
Concert time - What to expect
Parents are to collect their child from the theatre entry at 10am. This is the time to take photos and give your child a (costume-friendly) snack.
Doors open for parents & audience members at 10.15am to find their seats. The show starts at 10.30am.
Toddlers in Tutus (Monday 10am, Friday 9.30am & Saturday 9.15am)
Once the show begins, your child will sit with you. Please make sure you book them a free 'Dance Hub Student ticket'.
We will call each class to the front of the theatre when it is almost their turn to go on stage. 1 parent per child is to wait with their child until we take them on stage.
While your child is on stage 1x parent will sit in our 'parents row' at the front so you are ready to take them back to your seats after they perform.
Please wait until the interval to change your child into their second costume in their dressing room.
Pre School Kombo (Monday 11am, Friday 10.15am & Saturday 10am)
