What are we reading? Listening to? asking about?

Tiny Theater's acting ensemble is currently developing four projects: "The Crucible", "Rapture, Blister, Burn", "A Child's Christmas in Wales", and two new developing plays. Our process involves detailed script examination and ensemble collaboration, leading to professional readings, workshops, and staged productions. We frequently hold open casting for specific roles, so please check for our casting notices.

Weekly Free Acting Workshop signups: (A few openings available)

We currently have a few openings to join Tiny Theater acting ensemble. We are looking for enthusiastic, engaging and motivated people to join our acting ensemble: NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Really! None. Just come with a great attitude! You'll make great friends and colleagues. Email to tinytheatervt@gmail.com. Once received, a conversation will be scheduled.

The Tiny Theater Actors Ensemble workshop is built on the techniques designed by members of the Group Theater, such as Sanford Meisner, Robert Lewis, Stella Adler, and Lee Strasberg. They all developed acting techniques to fulfill realism and truthfulness in performance. Tiny Theater's acting techniques follow the same approach of creating authentic realism in the pursuit of telling a compelling, believable and entertaining story.

The core principles of authentic realism is the emphasis on emotional truth, character depth, and imagination.

This approach is developed through clear, pragmatic exercises and instruction to create a realistic and experiential performance.
