What kind of containers should I use?
Anything you have lying around, such as cardboard boxes or paper bags. Smaller containers are preferable for the tiny hands, but we can make adjustments as necessary.
Can't I keep them in the reusable plastic tub that I've already got them in?
If you would like us to return a container to you, we could do that for an additional fee of $5
Do I need to prepare the bottles/jars in any way?
Please make sure they are empty, relatively clean (no need to wash with soap), and REMOVE CAPS!
Must I be at home for my pick up?
Absolutely not!

What about a scheduling conflict?
If you need to cancel your pickup due to a scheduling issue (i.e. you are out of town), simply let us know! We appreciate you not making a habit of canceling your pickups.
In the case of a scheduling conflict on our end (vacation, sick day, Thanksgiving), we will reach out to you in a timely fashion! Most likely, we will simply postpone the pickup by one week. We very much appreciate your understanding during any such rare circumstance!
What if I forget to set out my bottles or forget to make a payment?
Upon request, as a one-time courtesy, we will allow for a late payment and/or "excused missed pickup." If we do not hear from you prior to your next scheduled pickup, we will have to presume that you are no longer interested in our services.
What if I want to cancel my service?
