Heather became a YouTube creator by pure accident in January of 2013 when she was presented with a blue "Go Live" button. That moment changed everything for this stay at home wife and mother of three. Her hobby as a paper crafter and artist, became a passion of sharing the message of creativity online to a world wide audience - LIVE! In her free time she read, watched videos, consulted friends and learned everything she could to improve her skills in front of and behind the camera. From how to have better lighting to coding her own website or editing videos to producing a livestream while painting at the same time, she worked tirelessly on improving.

Over the years Heather went from being 'just a Kraafty girl in a techy world' to the co-host of a technology show. With over 500 videos available on YouTube, and almost 200 hours of Livestreaming on Twitch, Heather has demonstrated various art forms including watercolors, acrylic painting, pastels and mixed media art. Her daily livestream, seen on Twitch, is a relaxing way to spend an hour laughing with friends and seeing a transformation of not just an art piece but also of Heather's own personal growth.

As a certified Google Product Expert since 2015 Michael has helped thousands of individuals, educators, and business owners use and understand the growing Google product field, Michael uses production streaming software such as, but not limited to, OBS, VoiceMeter, Zoom, Streamyard, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, Restream, Elgato. All of this is done live while hosting the full panel of contestants and an online audience. As an early adopter of live streaming since 2012, Michael has grown a following for his help videos on YouTube and uses a suite of hardware and software products to produce an online game show seen by viewers worldwide all from his home studio. When Michael is not managing the family business finances and personnel, he spends much of his time sharing his love of technology with his online communities.
