Lakeview Terrace is a housing project that was established on the west side of Cleveland, OH. Its construction that was completed in 1937, consists of rows of apartments and one high rise building. The housing projects were created in order to accommodate the rise in European immigrants and their need for affordable housing.
It was founded by Ernest J. Bohn, a housing reformer who served as head of CMHA or Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority from the 30's to the 60's. (Cleveland Historical)
