TimeSync Attendance (“the App”) is a workspace attendance management application developed and published by Atomxel LLP. The App is designed for public use, allowing individuals and organizations to monitor attendance and manage leave workflows.
The App collects the following information to facilitate attendance and workspace management:
User Credentials: Email and password for account creation and login.
Attendance Records: Logs of clock-in and clock-out times.
Location Data: GPS coordinates captured only at the time of marking attendance to verify workspace presence.
Leave Data: Information provided during leave applications and approvals.
Workspace Details: Business names, settings, and business logos uploaded by managers.
Device Information: Technical data required for app stability and functionality.

Attendance and workspace data are retained as long as your account is active to provide historical reporting. Users may request or perform data deletion at any time.
Users have the right to access, correct, or update their attendance records and workspace settings directly within the app.
