TimeSync Attendance provides users with full control over their data. If you no longer wish to use the service, you can remove your account and associated information through the following methods:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
For immediate processing, you can delete your account directly within the application:
Open the TimeSync Attendance app.
Navigate to Home and on top right click on Logout button
Select the Delete Account option.
Confirm your request. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
2. Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion via email:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – TimeSync Attendance
Include: Your registered email address and workspace name.
Immediate Action: In-app deletions are processed instantly.
Verification: Email requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.
Data Removal: Upon deletion, your profile, attendance history, and workspace associations are purged from our database, subject to any necessary legal or regulatory retention requirements.
