Welcome to TimeFill ("TimeFill", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeFill mobile application, widgets, features, subscriptions, and related services (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TimeFill.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TimeFill for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the App's functionality, security, subscriptions, or permissions
Attempt to bypass restrictions, paywalls, app-blocking systems, or protections
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
TimeFill is designed to help you spend time more intentionally.
The App may help you:
Choose short activities for spare moments
Track reclaimed time
View charts and insights about your time
Set a daily reclaim goal
Block or shield selected distracting apps
Use Rest Mode during blocking periods
Receive notifications and reminders
Use widgets to surface activity ideas
Complete daily challenges
Receive AI-generated suggestions and insights, where available
TimeFill provides tools, suggestions, and support. You remain responsible for your own habits, choices, device usage, and actions.
TimeFill may use Apple's Screen Time APIs, FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, ManagedSettings, and related Apple system frameworks to provide app selection, app shielding, blocking, usage awareness, charts, and related functionality.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Screen Time and blocking features depend on Apple system permissions and device settings
Blocking may not work perfectly on every device or iOS version
App shields, schedules, usage thresholds, rest periods, widgets, and notifications may be delayed, interrupted, reset, or unavailable
Apple system updates, device settings, permission changes, bugs, low-power behavior, or other system limitations may affect functionality
TimeFill does not guarantee complete, uninterrupted, or error-free blocking or monitoring
You remain responsible for your own device usage and decisions
TimeFill does not guarantee that using the App will prevent distraction, reduce screen time, improve productivity, or change behavior.
TimeFill may suggest activities, challenges, tasks, resets, learning ideas, or other ways to spend time.
Reclaimed time is based on activity time you accept or complete inside the App. It is intended as a helpful progress measure, not a precise measure of productivity, wellbeing, or behavior change.
Wasted time, screen time, charts, and related summaries may be based on:
Device activity data
Selected blocked apps
Accepted activities
Local app data
Apple system reporting
These numbers may be estimates and may not always be complete or perfectly accurate.
If you grant Calendar access, TimeFill may use your upcoming calendar events to estimate how much time you have before your next event and suggest activities that fit that window.
Calendar-based features depend on:
Your permission settings
Calendar data
Device settings
Apple system behavior
TimeFill does not guarantee that calendar-based suggestions will always be accurate, timely, or appropriate.
TimeFill may use notifications, Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, and deep links to remind you about:
Spare time opportunities
Activity ideas
Accepted activities
App-blocking events
Notifications and widgets may be delayed, disabled, limited, or unavailable depending on:
Device settings
iOS behavior
Focus modes
Notification permissions
Widget refresh limits
Other system conditions
TimeFill may provide AI-generated:
Suggestions
Challenges
Insights
Summaries
Recommendations
Other automated content
AI features may use information such as your:
Profile
Goals
Focus area
Selected preferences
Available time
Reclaimed time
Related app context
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant, delayed, misleading, or inappropriate
AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity-support purposes only
TimeFill does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice
You should not rely solely on AI outputs when making important decisions
You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated content
AI features may be limited to TimeFill Pro or may require:
Your consent
An active subscription
Internet access
Availability of third-party AI services
Some TimeFill features may require a paid subscription, such as TimeFill Pro.
Paid features may include:
AI suggestions
AI insights
Extended challenges
Trends
Streaks
Auto-blocking triggers
Widgets
Other premium functionality
Available features may change over time.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's App Store.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Payments are processed by Apple, not directly by us
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal
Pricing, plans, trials, and promotional offers may change
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
Access to paid features may end if your subscription expires, is canceled, fails to renew, or cannot be verified
Free trials, introductory offers, or promotional pricing may be changed, limited, or discontinued
You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
TimeFill may rely on third-party services and platforms, including:
Apple services
RevenueCat
Firebase / Google Analytics
Google AI services
Cloud infrastructure providers
Other service providers
We are not responsible for:
Third-party outages or delays
Third-party terms, policies, or practices
Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
Changes made by Apple or other providers
Errors, limits, or failures in third-party systems
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree not to:
Use TimeFill for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or services
Interfere with the App's operation, security, subscriptions, or restrictions
Misuse AI-generated content
Circumvent subscription systems, paywalls, permissions, or app restrictions
Use the App in a way that harms others or violates their rights
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you have misused the App or violated these Terms.
We may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of TimeFill at any time.
Features may change between versions. Some features may be:

Removed
Limited
Made paid
Made free
Modified
These changes may occur based on technical, business, legal, or platform requirements.
We do not guarantee that TimeFill will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
You may stop using TimeFill at any time by deleting the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms
We suspect misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity
Required third-party services become unavailable
Continued operation becomes impractical, unsafe, or legally restricted
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMEFILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Non-infringement
Availability
We do not guarantee that:
The App will function without interruption
Screen Time or blocking features will always work
Charts, reclaimed time, or wasted time will always be accurate
AI outputs will be accurate, safe, or appropriate
Notifications or widgets will always appear on time
The App will reduce screen time or improve productivity
The App will meet your expectations
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeFill and its developers shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Productivity loss
Device misuse
Failure of blocking, monitoring, notification, or widget features
Reliance on AI-generated content
Inaccurate charts, summaries, or time estimates
Mental, emotional, behavioral, or wellbeing outcomes related to App usage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for TimeFill or a TimeFill subscription during the previous 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeFill and its developers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of App features
Your violation of applicable laws
Your violation of third-party rights
Your use of TimeFill is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how data, permissions, analytics, AI personalization, and third-party services are handled.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App or on our website.
Continued use of TimeFill after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required by consumer protection laws, you may retain rights under your local laws.
