TimeFill helps you turn spare minutes into useful, personal next steps.
Instead of only blocking distracting apps, TimeFill helps you notice where your time is going, choose what you want to do instead, and protect that time once you start.
Tell TimeFill how many minutes you have, and it can suggest short activities that fit the moment: a quick walk, a stretch, a small task, a few pages of a book, a calm reset, or a focused step toward your goals.
TimeFill can help you:
Reclaim time from distracting apps
Choose short activities that fit the time you have
Track how much time you have reclaimed
See wasted time based on the apps you personally choose to block
Set a daily reclaim goal
Shield distracting apps during focus sessions
Use Rest Mode when you need a short break from blocking
View charts for Today, Week, and Month
Get daily challenges that build better habits
Use widgets to surface ideas when a spare window opens
Get personalized AI suggestions and insights with TimeFill Pro
TimeFill uses Apple Screen Time technology to support app blocking and screen-time awareness.
You choose the apps or categories that tend to pull you off-task. When you accept an activity, TimeFill can shield those apps while you complete it. When the activity ends, your apps unlock automatically.
TimeFill also tracks reclaimed time, so you can see the time you spent doing something intentional instead of scrolling by default.
Version 1.2 improves how TimeFill explains and measures your time.
Wasted Time now reflects the apps you actually choose to block, instead of using a fixed list of app categories.
The chart is easier to understand, with clearer period views and a new "How to Read This Chart" guide.
A new About section in Settings explains:
Activities
Reclaimed Time

App Blocking
Challenges
AI Insights
Improved reclaimed-time arc design
Better chart styling in Dark Mode
Ability to rate TimeFill directly from Settings
TimeFill may request access to:
Screen Time permissions
Notifications
Calendar access
Device activity data
These permissions are used only to provide app functionality.
App blocking runs through Apple's Screen Time system on your device. TimeFill does not need to see which apps you use in order to shield the apps you selected.
Calendar access is used to check your next event so TimeFill can suggest activities that fit the time you actually have.
AI personalization is optional. If enabled, TimeFill can use your profile and time context to generate more tailored suggestions and insights.
Some features rely on Apple Screen Time APIs, system permissions, widgets, notifications, and iOS behavior. Because of Apple system limitations, blocking, monitoring, widgets, or reminders may not work perfectly on every device or iOS version.
TimeFill provides tools, suggestions, and support, but your habits, decisions, and progress remain in your control.
