By enrolling in or participating in our programs, retreats, coaching, or related services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TimeCoach Academy. These Terms + Conditions are designed both to protect your rights as a participant and to ensure that TimeCoach Academy maintains integrity, safety, and professionalism in all offerings.

By registering for TimeCoach Academy programs, classes, or retreats, you agree to comply with these Terms + Conditions and any additional guidelines communicated to you. This agreement is enforceable under applicable international, European Union, and national laws.
TimeCoach Academy commits to providing high-quality, trauma-informed, and inclusive experiences. In return, participants agree to engage in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner when using our services.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work. All personal information, discussions, and shared experiences within TimeCoach Academy programs are considered private and must not be disclosed outside the learning environment.
TimeCoach Academy complies with relevant international data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for participants residing in the European Union, and does not sell, rent, or misuse personal information.
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Spanish data protection laws, TimeCoach Academy acts as the Data Controller for the personal data collected and processed in connection with its programs, services, and communications.

Our services are intended for personal + professional development and are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal consultation. Participants are solely responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after participation in TimeCoach Academy services.
By participating, you agree to hold harmless TimeCoach Academy, its founder (Iman Abrishamchi, MCC), instructors, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation.
All course materials, recordings, and digital resources provided by TimeCoach Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Access to these materials is granted for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Because our services involve immediate access to proprietary curriculum, live classes, and specialized instructor time, all payments are non-refundable once services are rendered or access to curriculum is provided. This includes but is not limited to:
Enrollment in live or online classes
Access to curriculum, course modules, or digital resources
Participation in retreats or community events
Participants are strongly encouraged to review all program details before enrolling. While monetary refunds cannot be issued, TimeCoach Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative scheduling, credit, or transfer options.
By registering, you agree to this no-refund policy, which is enforceable under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
TimeCoach Academy maintains an inclusive and respectful community. Participants must refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from a program without refund.
TimeCoach Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms + Conditions at any time to comply with evolving legal requirements and organizational needs. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms + Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. International participants are responsible for complying with applicable local laws related to online education and professional services.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
