At TimeCoach Academy, we believe professional coaching is not a luxury. It is a human capacity, a way of being, and a skillset that can elevate individuals, organizations, and communities across the world.
For too long, high-quality coach training has been financially out of reach for many. Since the early days of the coaching profession, access has often been limited to those with significant resources, creating barriers for talented, purpose-driven individuals who feel called to serve but cannot justify the cost.
We are here to change that.
TimeCoach Academy was founded on a simple but powerful premise: when coaching becomes more accessible, humanity benefits. When more people are trained in presence, deep listening, ethical awareness, and transformational dialogue, we collectively shift how we lead, relate, and care for one another.
Affordability is Not a Compromise. It is a Commitment.
Our programs are intentionally designed to be financially accessible without compromising depth, rigor, or professional standards. We challenge the assumption that quality must come at a premium price, and instead focus on delivering exceptional, ICF-aligned training in a way that more people can say yes to.
Accessibility is Global by Design.
We welcome students from around the world, across cultures, professions, and life paths. Whether you are beginning your coaching journey or deepening your practice, you will find a learning environment that honors diversity, lived experience, and multiple ways of knowing.
Compassion at the Core.
Beyond skills and credentials, we center compassion for humankind. Coaching, as we teach it, is not only about performance or outcomes. It is about presence, dignity, and the ability to meet another human being with respect and curiosity. This ethos shapes everything we do, from curriculum design to how we hold space in every session.
A Different Kind of Coaching School.
TimeCoach Academy is not only preparing coaches. We are cultivating practitioners who see coaching as a responsibility to contribute to a more conscious, connected, and equitable world.
Because when coaching becomes accessible, transformation is no longer exclusive. It becomes collective.

Each program integrates evidence-based learning, experiential coaching practice, reflective inquiry, ethics, mentor coaching, and human-centered development.
The Level 1 program is a 94-hour foundational coaching education designed for individuals beginning their professional coaching journey. This 6-month pathway introduces coaching as both a disciplined skill set and a way of being, emphasizing awareness, inquiry, active listening, ethics, and embodied presence.
Participants engage in live training sessions, peer coaching, reflective learning, mentor coaching, and practical coaching application while developing competency in the ICF Core Competencies. The curriculum integrates frameworks such as ACT, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Phenomenology to support both personal and professional growth.
Graduates are prepared to pursue the ACC credential and begin coaching with a grounded, ethical, and experiential foundation.
The Level 2 program is a 180-hour advanced coaching education designed for practitioners seeking deeper mastery, precision, and professional rigor. This 12-month pathway expands coaching beyond foundational competence into advanced relational intelligence, systemic thinking, ethical discernment, and sophisticated coaching application.
Participants explore advanced methodologies including Gestalt, Narrative, and Systemic Coaching while engaging in observed coaching, mentor coaching, reflective supervision, ethics case analysis, and real-time coaching integration.
The program emphasizes awareness over technique and supports coaches in refining their capacity to work skillfully with complexity, transformation, and diverse client systems.
Graduates are eligible to pursue the PCC credential and emerge as highly skilled, ethically grounded, and professionally mature coaching practitioners.
The Level 3 program is a 75-hour advanced master-level coaching pathway designed for experienced coaches pursuing MCC-level development and professional mastery. This program supports coaches in refining presence, discernment, coaching depth, relational precision, and transformational partnership at the highest levels of professional coaching practice.
Participants engage in MCC-level mentor coaching, advanced supervision, observed coaching assessment, reflective dialogue, and sophisticated inquiry into coaching as a developmental and relational discipline. The curriculum emphasizes coaching presence, systems awareness, ethical complexity, and mastery of the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC level.
Rather than focusing solely on methodology, Level 3 cultivates the coach as the instrument of coaching, supporting greater subtlety, consciousness, and transformational impact across individuals, teams, organizations, and global systems.
Graduates emerge prepared to pursue the MCC credential with greater confidence, maturity, and professional depth.
