Jean-Philippe Bourge, Chairman of the Board
Jean-Philippe Bourge is a world-famous business innovator based in Hong Kong. Originally from Belgium, M. Bourge brings a wealth of experience and insight into running an organisation, moreover a movement. As co-founder and CEO of Bourge Media, he brought media production into the 21st century, using then-unknown social media tactics to enhance brand awareness.
The Time 4 Change leadership team is dedicated to raising greater awareness of various refugee issues for different Hong Kong-based NGOs and is passionate about the welfare of others. We are all enthusiastic and happy to work with you to improve refugees' lives and coordinate public campaigns and efforts to change public policy or even just raise awareness of it. Time 4 Change is here to help unify all of us, either as individuals or NGOs, in the united cause of raising awareness and improving the lives of refugees.
Sofia Lim, Executive Director of Time 4 Change
Sofia brings a wide range of experience and talent to Time 4 Change, having worked for 12 years in various industries. An alumnus of MUN at her school and a former contestant for the World Scholars' Cup, she brings a great deal of experience and intellectual weight to conversations and the debates we have here at Time 4 Change.
Christopher Lim, Managing Director of Time 4 Change
Christopher Lim is an alumnus of his local Amnesty International chapter and his local TED-Ed Chapter. Christopher has experience in public speaking, communications, and public campaigns, having been an avid supporter of change and helping others. Christopher also works with Nicholas as Convenor of Change HK, the next step in our movement. Christopher was also the inaugural President of Change HK.
Cameron Bougie (Bourge), Chief Spokesperson and Head of Media
Cameron Bougie brings a wealth of experience as a Hong Kong-based communications expert, with significant experience abroad. Cameron a the former Account Executive at Bourge and a press spokesperson for DuffCorp and the Duff Foundation in the UK. His experiences there have helped him in his role as T4C Chief Spokesperson.
In his spare time, Cameron is an active writer and publisher, having written "The Bougie Life: How to save the climate while living the high life"
Ben English, Business Manager and Director of Online Development at Time 4 Change
Ben English is a communications expert and a longtime adviser to Time 4 Change. As our Director of Online Development, he is responsible for coordinating our efforts online. He's our social media manager and has been instrumental in developing a blueprint for our strategy online.

Tom Harris, Director of Education and Community Partnerships
Tom brings with him a wide range of experiences, at the forefront of the movement to change the way students learn. He has created an entirely new syllabus and style of learning that could radically change our schools.
Tom is also the current President of Progressive Education HK, another like-minded institution, and was recently awarded the Spirit Award by this organisation, and has served as Chair of the CEA Vision Project.

Nicholas Chen, President of Change HK
Nicholas is an alumnus of HandsOn Hong Kong, having had significant experience in the field of charity as a volunteer coordinator. He heads Change HK, which helps to enhance and forward the goals of Time 4 Change, engaging in public advocacy. As a volunteer coordinator, he spent his Sunday afternoons helping underprivileged families at HandsOn Hong Kong.
Brian Choi, General Counsel and Honorary Vice-President of Change HK
As an experienced volunteer and alumnus of Justice Centre Hong Kong, Brian has significant experience advocating for and defending the most vulnerable in Hong Kong society. Defending refugees and fighting for change is Brian's passion and his experience in the legal sphere makes him an especially important member of the team. Brian is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Miguel Ramirez Lacayo, Director of Strategy
Miguel's experience in advocating for change in the United States makes him an important member of the team. Miguel is a student at San Francisco State University and is a student leader and important contributor to the student community there. As an experienced strategist and a former volunteer, Time 4 Change is lucky to have Miguel and the insight he brings to the table.
