Invitational Volunteers

The Timberstone Science Olympiad team is in need of parent volunteers at all of our invitationals this season.   Your time and support make a huge impact—helping our team run smoothly and giving students the best chance to succeed.

Volunteer Roles

🚌 Equipment Transportation: Help us move materials, tools, and team gear to and from the competition site. This will involve driving your own vehicle and possibly helping load/unload.

🛎 Team Room Monitor: Stay with our students in the designated team room, help manage supplies, answer questions, and make sure everyone is where they need to be. This role is perfect for parents who enjoy being in the middle of the action.

🧪 Event Assistant: Support coaches by helping set up and run competition events. You might time tests, manage score sheets, or organize materials—no prior science background required!
