McCord and Timberstone Science Olympiad teams are hosting the Sylvania Div B Science Olympiad Invitational at Southview High School on
Saturday, December 13, 2025.
This is the major fundraiser for all three Science Olympiad programs, raising most of the funds that we need for registration fees, team equipment, etc. The coaches will be busy running the competition that day, coordinating events, scoring, grading, etc.
While we do charge a registration fee to all teams attending, a large portion of our funds raised comes from the sale of concessions to the 700+ attendees. Therefore, we depend upon parent volunteers from all three teams to help us

Donation Items – food items to be sold in the concessions area.
Non-perishable and refrigerated donations can be dropped off at TIMBERSONTE OFFICE through December 10; please label them as SCIOLY INVITE.
Items can also be dropped off Dec 11 at Southview from 3:00-5:30 pm.
Items can also be brought the morning of December 12
Volunteer Shifts – We need at least 40 volunteers to make this run smoothly.
