I am incredibly passionate about teaching, and I have spent the last fourteen years working hard to improve my pedagogy in an effort to be the best teacher that I can be. I have received several teaching awards, and I have served as a faculty fellow at FIU's Center for the Advancement of Teaching (CAT). I led pedagogy reading groups and workshops. Here is a copy of my teaching statement.
