Booster Help Needed

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles. This is a great way to get involved!

Treasurer – [Need]

Responsible for managing all club finances, including budgeting, collecting dues, depositing funds, and processing payments. Provides monthly financial updates to the board and ensures proper recordkeeping for transparency and accountability.

Corporate Sponsor Coordinator – [Need]

Manages sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and organizations. Develops sponsor packages, communicates with potential partners, and ensures sponsor recognition through banners, programs, website, and social media.

Event Planner – [Need]

Plans and coordinates booster club events, including fundraisers, team banquets, and community gatherings. Oversees logistics (venue, food, volunteers, setup/cleanup) to ensure successful and memorable events. Works with the treasurer to ensure the club stays within its goals/budget for events.

Varsity Social Media Graphics Creator – [Need]

Covers Varsity game updates on team social media. Post game day announcement, scores, highlights, and photos, and ensures Varsity players are recognized online. Obtains relevant photos/video and works closely with the JV Social Media Coordinator to keep messaging aligned.

JV Social Media Graphics Creator – [Need]

Covers JV game updates on team social media. Post scores, highlights, and photos, and ensure JV players are recognized online. Obtains relevant photos/video and works closely with the Varsity Social Media Coordinator to keep a consistent presence.
