During this course, I analyzed the differences between leading and managing educational technology. Through each module, I conducted a Performance Improvement Intervention to solve a problem existing in my school. After surveying the staff of my school, I came to the conclusion that there is a lack of use of our active board technology for instruction and learning. As fortunate as we are to have a variety of technology tools for teaching and student learning, they are not all being used on a daily basis because teachers feel that there is a lack of information, incentives, and resources to be prepared to integrate it into their instruction. The following paper explains my analysis of the problem and a detailed intervention plan.
