Research interests: Motivation, Leadership and Research Methods
Faculty of Business & Economics, University of Lausanne (Switzerland)
I am doing my thesis under the supervision of John Antonakis. My work lies at the intersection of Management and Economics. I am fascinated by leadership: how it shapes workplaces and organizations, and how leaders can motivate others. My research relies on experimental and quasi-experimental designs.
I come from Switzerland, a culturally diverse country with three national languages. I have embraced this multicultural aspect in my research through several research visits to the United States: first in Zurich (ETH Zurich), then in New York City (Columbia), followed by Boston (MIT), and now in Ithaca (Cornell). These experiences have shaped many dimensions of my research.
Outside of work, I have a passion for ice cream (dessert more broadly), mountain views, and swimming in lakes.
