Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tier List Ranking app ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Premium Subscriptions and Purchases
The app offers optional Premium features through in-app purchases on iOS. Available plans, prices, and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests can be made at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
Your Content
You keep all rights to the tier lists, text, and images you add to the app ("Your Content"). Your Content is stored on your device, and we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure you have the right to use and share any images or other material you add.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the app in a way that breaks any law or infringes the rights of others;
- create or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content with the app;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the app, except where the law allows this;
- interfere with the app's operation or bypass its purchase or access controls.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, styles, graphics, and included templates, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names or trademarks that may appear in templates or lists belong to their respective owners and do not imply any endorsement.
Data Loss
Your Content is stored only on your device and is not backed up by us. We are not responsible for content lost through deleting the app, changing devices, or device failure.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://sites.google.com/view/tierlistranking/privacy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and any in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your right to use the app if you seriously breach these Terms. The sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, change, or stop offering the app or any of its features. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
