What do you think should be in a "TiddlyWiki Portal?"

(i.e. a website that shows in one place content/information/knowledge/you-name-it that is distributed all over the place.)

The design of this portal is much like any software development project, and anybody can view project information in the About This Portal page and any related subpages.

Slowly but surely, we'll have a "Vision" statement/document, and whatever other information that makes sense for an on-going project. Something like that ...
