Practical Information

The meeting will be held at the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS) in The Bayes Centre, 47 Potterrow, Edinburgh, EH8 9BT.

Talks will be scheduled between 9am and 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday, with an early finish on Friday at 3 pm.

There will be a wine and soft drinks reception during the poster session from 5:30pm to 7pm on Wednesday or Thursday.

Lunch and coffee will be provided on all three days.

  • By bus You can travel on buses using your contactless card, paying cash, or using the Transport for Edinburgh ticket app. However, if you pay in cash, be aware that drivers do not give change! For maps and times, refer to Lothian Buses.
  • By tram Yes! you can travel in (parts of) Edinburgh via tram!
  • On foot Since Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, we'd highly recommend walking.
