Terms of Service for Ticket Buddy

Welcome to Ticket Buddy. By inviting Ticket Buddy to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Ticket Buddy (the "Bot") to a server or interacting with it, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Service Description & Performance

Ticket Buddy is a support ticket management tool.

• Maintenance: We perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the bot runs smoothly. During these periods, the Bot may go offline temporarily without prior notice.

• Uptime Commitment: While we strive for constant availability, we target a 99% uptime rate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

3. Data Security & "User's Risk" Disclaimer

We take your data seriously, but we want to be transparent about how it is handled:

• Encryption: Data stored by Ticket Buddy may or may not be encrypted. While we implement standard industry practices where possible, we do not guarantee the encryption of all data at rest or in transit.

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet and the storage of data on third-party servers carry inherent risks. Your use of the Bot and the storage of any data within it is at your own risk. * Liability: Ticket Buddy and its developers shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data.

4. Support & Communication

For assistance, bug reports, or queries, users are encouraged to join our Official Support Server. While we aim to provide timely support, responses are provided on a best-effort basis.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any illegal purposes or to violate any local, state, or international laws.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or "stress test" the Bot's infrastructure.

• Use the Bot to harass, spam, or collect unauthorized data from other Discord users.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Ticket Buddy is based and created in India, Asia. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Your City/State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra], India.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available." The developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
