L'app Locarno non raccoglie dati personali. Non ci sono account, pubblicità, tracciamento o statistiche d'uso, e non vendiamo né condividiamo dati con nessuno. Alcune schede contengono link di affiliazione a GetYourGuide (vedi sotto).
Posizione
Se lo permetti, l'app usa la posizione del telefono per mostrarti sulla mappa e indicarti la distanza dai luoghi, dai bagni pubblici e dai parcheggi. La posizione viene usata solo sul telefono: non viene mai inviata a noi né a terzi. Puoi revocare il permesso in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni > Locarno > Posizione.
Preferiti e lingua
I luoghi che salvi con il cuore e la lingua scelta nell'app restano solo sul tuo telefono. Se elimini l'app, vengono cancellati.
Contenuti scaricati da internet
Per mostrare il meteo, l'app chiede le previsioni al servizio Open-Meteo (Svizzera) indicando le coordinate fisse di Locarno, non la tua posizione. Per tenere aggiornata la lista degli eventi, l'app scarica un file pubblico da Google (Google Fogli). In entrambi i casi non inviamo alcun dato su di te; come ogni server internet, Open-Meteo e Google ricevono l'indirizzo IP del telefono per poter rispondere e lo trattano secondo le proprie informative: https://open-meteo.com/en/terms e https://policies.google.com/privacy
Mappe, indicazioni e link esterni
Le mappe sono fornite da Apple (Apple Maps). Se scegli di aprire le indicazioni con Google Maps o tocchi un link a un sito esterno, si apre l'app o il sito di terzi, soggetti alle rispettive informative sulla privacy.
Prenotazioni con GetYourGuide (link di affiliazione)
Alcuni luoghi hanno il pulsante "Prenota un tour su GetYourGuide". Toccandolo si apre il sito di GetYourGuide dentro l'app. Il link contiene solo il nostro codice partner, nessun dato su di te. Se prenoti, GetYourGuide ci riconosce una piccola commissione, senza costi in più per te, e ci mostra solo dati riassuntivi sulle prenotazioni, non chi le ha fatte. I dati che inserisci su GetYourGuide sono trattati da GetYourGuide secondo la sua informativa: https://www.getyourguide.com/c/privacy-policy/

L'app non raccoglie dati di nessuno, compresi i minori.

The Locarno app does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, ads, tracking or usage analytics, and we do not sell or share data with anyone. Some pages contain affiliate links to GetYourGuide (see below).
Location: if you allow it, the app uses your phone's location to show you on the map and tell you how far you are from places, public toilets and car parks. Your location is used only on the phone and is never sent to us or to third parties. You can revoke permission at any time in Settings > Locarno > Location.
Favorites and language: places you save and the language chosen in the app stay only on your phone and are deleted if you delete the app.
Content downloaded from the internet: the app requests weather forecasts from Open-Meteo (Switzerland) using the fixed coordinates of Locarno, not your location, and downloads a public file from Google (Google Sheets) to keep the list of events up to date. We send no data about you; like any internet server, Open-Meteo and Google receive your phone's IP address in order to respond and handle it under their own policies: https://open-meteo.com/en/terms and https://policies.google.com/privacy
Maps, directions and external links: maps are provided by Apple. If you choose to open directions in Google Maps or tap a link to an external website, that third-party app or website opens and its own privacy policy applies.
Bookings with GetYourGuide (affiliate links): some places have a "Book a tour on GetYourGuide" button, which opens the GetYourGuide website inside the app. The link only contains our partner code, no data about you. If you book, GetYourGuide pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you and shows us only summary booking figures, not who made them. Any data you enter on GetYourGuide is handled by GetYourGuide under its own policy: https://www.getyourguide.com/c/privacy-policy/
Your rights: under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can contact us at any time at lakeside.appsds@gmail.com. As we do not collect personal data, we normally hold none.
