Tianxin Zou is John I. Williams Professor and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Warrington College of Business, University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. in marketing in 2019 at John M. Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis.
Tianxin's research primarily investigates how online platforms can develop effective strategies in response to emerging AI technologies, innovative business models, and evolving platform regulations. He also studies the welfare impacts of generative AI.
His research appears in top marketing and management journals, including Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, and Production and Operations Management. He is the winner of AMA Marketing Research SIG Don Lehmann Award, and is selected as an MSI Young Scholar in 2023.
