I am a Ph.D. candidate in Management at Rutgers University, USA. I am on the 2025-26 academic job market. My research lies at the intersection of international business, strategy, innovation, and technology, with a focus on how firms navigate digitalization, geopolitical uncertainty, and institutional complexity.

• Born in Harbin and raised in Qingdao, China,  a loyal customer of Tsingtao Beer. Currently based in NJ & MD, USA. 

• Received higher education in the UK (BSc Accounting and Finance @ Lancaster University & MSc Political Science and Political Economy @ LSE)

• Economics？Politics? Macro & Micro? Why not do all? aspired to pursue Business Strategy and International Business as my future careers

• Previously worked in banking, consultancy, and real estate sectors

• Language: 中文 (native), English (proficient)
