I am a PhD Candidate in Management at Rutgers Business School. My research examines how firms navigate digitalization, geopolitical uncertainty, and institutional complexity, with particular interests in global strategy, innovation, and technology.

BACKGROUND

Before beginning my doctoral studies, I worked in banking, consulting, and real estate. I hold an MSc in Political Science and Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.

BEYOND RESEARCH

I enjoy football, travel, traditional Chinese music, and language learning. I have visited 38 countries and look forward to exploring more.
