I am a Ph.D. candidate in International Business at the Rutgers University, USA. I am on the 2025-26 academic job market. My research lies at the intersection of international business, strategy, innovation, and technology, with a focus on how firms navigate digitalization, geopolitical uncertainty, and institutional complexity.

• An active attendee of guest lectures  and conferences in social science; an experienced event organizer inside and outside the University

• Currently based in NJ & MD, USA,  with previous experience in banking, consultancy and real estate sector; volunteer work as a Lancaster University Shanghai alumni coordinator
