NOVEMBER 21-22, 2020
Starting this year, there will be no registration fee. Instead, a $150 non-refundable deposit for your school must be sent by October 16th to secure your place at the conference. This deposit will be applied toward your total delegate fee; it is NOT an additional fee. If your total cost will be less than $150, the full amount must be sent to secure your place.
Please note that no assignments will be released to your school until this deposit is received. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your deposit.
FINAL DELEGATE COUNTS
Final delegate counts allow us to order an accurate number of lunches and supplies and prepare score sheets and materials for committee. Please send us your final counts by October 30. You will be billed for all delegates registered to your school as of this date.
Conference fees this year are as follows:
- Novice (one-day): $30
- Advanced (two-day): $45
- Student Advisors: $20
As always, adult advisors are free! An adult advisor MUST be present at all times throughout the conference.
Final payments are due by November 13 (if this poses a hardship, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you). Checks should be made payable to THSMUN. Please mail your deposit and/or delegate fees to:

Position papers must be submitted by November 6th. Delegates who do not submit a paper will not be eligible for research awards. Late papers will not be scored unless your delegation is granted an extension.
