November is a month of gratitude, reflection, renewal, and the opportunity for real progress. Thrive Tribe is embodying these ideals by implementing new program updates, member spotlights and fresh community challenges. This month is all about reconnecting with your goals and rediscovering the joy in everyday wellness. Whether you’re here for the workouts, the meal plans, or the mindfulness tools, there’s something for everyone in the Tribe.
We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and this month we rolled out three exciting updates to make your Thrive Tribe experience even smoother:
Our instructor, Lina Park, designed a new 15-minute daily yoga series focused on flexibility and recovery. Perfect for morning routines or post-work cool-downs. It is an easy way for beginners to start their yogi journey, experienced users to continue their practice, and everyone else in betweeen.
Your workouts, meal plans, and mindfulness sessions are now all in one easy-to-track place. You can log progress, set reminders, and even track how your sleep and hydration impact performance. Placing all the information into one place will make it easier than ever to track your progress.
No more guessing what’s for dinner! This new feature helps you mix and match recipes based on what’s already in your fridge. Healthier and more budget-friendly. Perfect around the holiday season, being able to mix and match all of those leftovers sitting in the fridge.
Our BIGGEST event of the season, "Thrive Through 30" is here! Starting November 10th, join our challenge, a month-long journey focused on movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. Members who complete all four weeks will receive a limited-edition Thrive Tribe t-shirt and be featured in next month’s highlight post!
Each week features a theme:
Week 1: Mindful Mornings ☀️
Week 2: Move with Purpose 🏋️
Week 3: Nourish to Flourish 🥗
Week 4: Rest and Reflect 🌙
If you only have 10 minutes, make them count. A short, focused HIIT circuit can do more for your metabolism than an hour of distracted exercise. Intensity over duration wins every time. Try the '10-Minute Thrive Burn' workout on the app this week. No equipment needed, just motivation."
November can be busy and stressful trying to balance the holiday season, but we encourage you to take 60 seconds before every workout or meal to pause and breathe. It’s a small act of mindfulness that shifts your mindset from “I have to” to “I get to.”
Take one deep breath in gratitude, one for energy, and one to center yourself, it’s a Thrive Tribe essential.
As we move into November, we’re prepping for holiday chaos, temptations, and cold slumps, but lets all remain focused on movement that fuels both body and mind. Keep an eye out for new recipes, guided meditations, and the return of our Holiday Wellness Series.
Thank you for being part of the Thrive Tribe family — every click, workout, and reflection helps this community grow stronger together.
