Also, because our members have personal lives and prior obligations such as Family, School, and Employment to account for, we have to request a reasonable amount of prior notice (3 weeks to 12 weeks) to adjust our schedules to make better the chances that members of our courteous and efficient staff are available for your event.
However, even with the prior notice, our availability is not a guarantee, as life can be just as unpredictable for us as it can for anyone. We WILL do everything in our power to try to make our appearance for the event happen, and keep you in the loop with regular check-ins and follow-ups. But if it is unfeasible, we will try to let you know in advance within a reasonable amount of time.
We also have to ask that if you are trying to book us for an upcoming event that the timeframe prior is reasonable as well.
