Application Fee: Non-refundable $350.

Administrative/Move-in Fee: $600 non-refundable which covers the administrative costs associated with the rental, move-in, and cleaning costs.

Pet Fee: $400 non-refundable.
*pet vaccinations records are required at the time the pet moves in

Home is equipped with electric heat and central air conditioning. Electricity is included  in monthy rental fee.  

Somerset Residence is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located on the grounds. Violation of this policy will result in eviction.

Independent Living Studio Apartments include:
