Donations to PTSA can be made easily when you are joining PTSA - register & donate online.


● 7th & 8th Grade: “Pass-the-Hat” – Suggested donation is $100 per family.
● 8th Grade only: “8th Grade Activities” – Suggested contribution is $20 per family.

Thornton Middle PTSA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and all contributions (memberships and
donations) are fully tax-deductible.

CORPORATE MATCHING

One of the easiest ways to increase the donation to Thornton Middle and/or Thornton PTSA is to request corporate matching for your donation. This can double the amount with very little effort! 

If you have not considered donating to the school or the PTSA yet, please do it now.

Schools and other groups that raise funds from parents for school programs have teamed up to make it easier for parents to get ALL the info they need to make a match request of their employer. 

Some companies match not only dollar donations but also the volunteer hours that you as an employee donate to the organization.
Special Request: If you submit a matching request from your employer please send a short email to the school or Thornton PTSA so they are aware of the request, can look for it, and can follow up if necessary.

Parents MUST make sure the matching donation checks are mailed to the school address shown above or else the matching funds may be mailed to the school district and Thornton will never see the money.

Donations made to the school for the following items should be matchable as a donation if no goods or services were received in exchange for them. Classroom donations can be combined into a single matching request, even if the dates are different -- no need to do separate requests!
