I founded Sag’s to explore how artificial intelligence can reduce the administrative burden on small businesses. Designed for tradespeople in Germany, Sag's can be used to convert ordinary WhatsApp voice notes, text messages, and images into structured drafts for invoices, quotes, time records, expense records, and accounting exports.

Many small-business owners complete administrative work between jobs, on a phone, and away from a desk. Conventional software requires them to switch interfaces and re-enter information they have already expressed naturally in a message or conversation.

Sag’s treats ordinary language as the input layer. A user describes the customer, work performed, hours, materials, and price as they would to a colleague. The system translates that account into a structured and reviewable record while preserving an explicit approval step before the record becomes a business document.
