User Agreement & Terms and Conditions (THN app)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account on the THN App. By ticking the agreement box and registering an account, you signify your compliance with these terms. If you do not agree or do not tick the box, you will be restricted from accessing the interactive community features.
1. Purpose & Application Nature
THN App is a personal, non-commercial spiritual initiative developed by Utkarsh Prajapati for sharing individual reflections, articles, and content aligned with Nirankari values.
Disclaimer: This is a purely personal project and is NOT the official application of the Sant Nirankari Mission. All views expressed by individual users belong solely to them.
2. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old (or have clear parental/guardian guidance) to register an account, publish posts, or upload photos to the THN app community.
3. Community Rules & Prohibited Content
When you post text or upload images, you agree that you will not post content that is:
Hateful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, obscene, or politically charged.
Infringes upon copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
Spam, commercial advertisements, or links to malicious websites.
4. Administrator Rights & Moderation
The Administrator reserves the ultimate right to:
Remove, edit, or delete any user post, comment, or image at any time without prior notice if it violates community standards.
Temporarily suspend or permanently ban any user account that engages in harassment, multiple reports, or violates these Terms.
Delete any user account and associated data upon receiving a verified deletion request via the designated web-form or official email thehumilitynirankari@gmail.com.
5. Content Ownership, Expiry & AI Music
Media Expiry: You retain the intellectual rights to your thoughts, but you agree that all image media uploaded will be automatically purged after 1 year (12 months) from our storage systems.
AI Music Library & Intellectual Property: The devotional music tracks available inside the library are curated using AI tools. The developer holds full, lawful commercial distribution and streaming rights for all AI-generated audio content hosted within the application.
Usage Restrictions: This music is provided strictly for internal, spiritual, and non-commercial in-app streaming purposes for the end-user. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, capturing, extracting, redistributing, or selling this music on any other platform. Any unauthorized use will be considered a violation of copyright terms.
6. Communication Consent
By creating an account, you provide explicit consent to receive automatic push notifications powered by OneSignal regarding community updates, admin announcements, and spiritual posts. You can disable these at any time via your device's system settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
THN app is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. The developer shall not be liable for any data loss, temporary app downtime, or offensive actions committed by other users before moderation takes place.
