Scientific and Engingeering Practices

• This PBS video is a resource for enhancing learning for SOL 3.1. It is an animated cartoon style video that presents a problem, and the characters show how to ask "scientific questions" to figure out a solution.

• NASA Space Place is a great resource. It has fun interactive games, videos, demonstrations, and more. It can be used to enhance learning for numerous sections of the standards of learning.

Life Science

• This YouTube video "Fossils for Kids" is informative when learning about SOL 3.4 and 3.5. It is full of factual information while keeping the interests of students by using videos, pictures, and real life images of fossils and the process.
