Hi, I'm Katie!

Im the baker, recipe tester, idea maker, and everything else behind THICKIE. 

How THICKIE started:

I started baking when i was only seven, and baking quickly became something I loved. A few years latr, I decided to turn that love into something of my own and started THICKIE at 11. I wanted to make cookies that were big, soft, and actually felt like a whole dessert, and thats where THICKIE came from.

What THICKIE is about:

THICKIE is all about giant, soft-baked cookies with big personalities. Every flavor is made from scratch and designed to be thick, cakey, soft in the middle, and just crunchy enough around the edges. From our Always Thick flavors to our TOTMs (THICKIE of the Months), there's always something to try.

Behind every THICKIE:

It goes from recipe testing, taste testing, tweaking until its just right, baking your cookie, packaging it, and ends with you taking a big bite from our big THICKIES.

The bigger dream:

THICKIE is just the beginning. My long-term dream is to have my own bakery storefront someday. For now, I'm starting from home, learning as i go, and building THICKIE one cookie at a time.
