The tournament director will be Jamie Gillespie. If there is a dispute in a hand that Jamie is in, Jim Devlin will make any decision regarding the hand.

The number of places paid, and prize money will be decided nearer the time.

Those who are running late must contact tournament director by 2.55pm or risk being eliminated from the tournament. It is your duty to ensure that you are registered on time.

Each player will start with 30,000 chips. Buy-ins will depend on how much you have paid each week up until the game. Please check the attached list on your buy-in progress.

This is also your seat. If you have played enough games to qualify it is, you and you alone that can play. If you can't make it on the day your seat cannot be transferred to any other player. These are the rules and you all have plenty of notice to make it on the day. If your name is not on the list, please don’t attend on the day.

There will be a list updated weekly between now and the tournament showing each player how many games he or she has played. It is your responsibility to check that you have played enough games to qualify for the tournament.

You have all been given plenty of notice regarding the date so it's up to you to organise for that date for you to be free.

Given the success of the last tournament there will once again be an optional £5 bounty and £5 best hand pot. This is optional and will be separate from the main pot.

We hope to see as many people there as possible at the tournament.
