The Pontentia Religion

Pontentia is the most followed religion in all of Evigheden.

There are four different paths in this religion:

1. Fureibunda

2. Fideieeh

3. Obesqeuium

4. Mystotico

Each path has three different rules/superstitions:

1. Lenduror

2. Subikel

3. Remcubitus

Pontentia

Pontentia is the main religion in Evigheden.

Each land follows a specific path that is unique to the souls who live there. Following the specific land related path is not mandatory, however to not do so is frowned upon.

Each path varies in level of worship and/or reverence of the Deities.

Fureibunda

Fureibunda is one of the religious paths in the Pontentia religion.

The souls who follow this path are fanatics of their religion, they strictly follow every rule without question. They believe that their path is the only valid one. Everything they see and learn about the Fureibunda path they take literally.

The Land Of Clouds is home to this path.

Lenduror:

Some souls who follow the Fureibunda religious path believe in Lenduror.

Souls who are Fureibunda Lenduror's have prayers for everything, before they eat, before they sleep, before they bathe, ect.

They hunt other creatures for sport because they believe that they are more worthy of life than the other creatures of Evigheden.

They are also very greedy and think that just because of their religious status they deserve more than the average soul. So they will take the much needed resources of others.

Souls either have to be born into a Fureibunda Lenduror family or have to dedicate their whole life to learn and train on how to become a Fureibunda Lenduror, but most souls don't succeed.

Subike:

Some souls who follow the Fureibunda religious path believe in Subike.

Souls who are Fureibunda Subike's always have to pray before they do something that might/will cause harm to others.

They will also hunt rare creatures just to sacrifice them to the Deities of their land.

Remcubitus:

Some souls who follow the Fureibunda religious path believe in Remcubitus.

Souls who are Fureibunda Remcubitus's prefer to be seen and not heard, they stay very quite and follow their masters (Fureibunda Lenduror's). Some souls will never leave their side and will even cook and clean for them 24/7. Others still have their own life but will always be available for the Fureibunda Lenduror's whenever they need help.

They also say prayers for everything, even before leaving their house or picking fruit!

Fideieeh

Fideieeh is one of the religious paths in the Pontentia religion.

The souls who follow this path are very laid back in their ways, they are not strict or hasty.

They believe more in folklore that has followed religion for centuries than worshiping the Deities.

If they find/discover something new, such as: an ancient text, prophecy, hidden treasure, ect. They will research it and consider other possibilities than immediately believe everything they find is true.

The Land Of Illusion is home to this path.

Lenduror:

Some souls who follow the Fideieeh religious path believe in Lenduror.

Souls who are Fideieeh Lenduror's do NOT kill or eat other creatures, they believe all of the species in Evigheden are equal.

Some will dedicate their whole lives to learn how to gift their magic to Evigheden, but it will kill them.

Other souls will come to Fideieeh Lenduror's for their expert knowledge on the religion.

Subike:

Some souls who follow the Fideieeh religious path believe in Subike.

Souls who are Fideieeh Subike's prefer not to eat/kill other creatures but they will if they have no other choice (Running low on food, only type of food available at the time, ect).

They are also very in touch with nature, they treat and respect nature just as they would with others. The ones they like of course!

Remcubitus:

Some souls who follow the Fideieeh religious path believe in Remcubitus.

Souls who are Fideieeh Remcubitus's prefer to keep what they do for their religious path a secret since it's unique to each soul.

Obesqeuium

Obesqeuium is one of the religious paths in the Pontentia religion.

The souls who follow this path believe that because they worship and respect the Deities tremendously, that the Gods and Goddess should respect them back.

Most souls who are raised in this religion grow up to be priests or get sent away to work for the Deities of their land.

They think that not worshiping the Deities is unforgiveable and should be punished with torture.

The Land Of Bones is home to this path.

Lenduror:

Some souls who follow the Obesqeuium religious path believe in Lenduror.

Souls who are Obesqeuium Lenduror's expect everyone to respect them and if they don't the Obesqeuium Lenduror's will threaten serious consequences.

There is even a holiday to give these souls gifts!

They will even go as far as traveling to different lands just to preach and harass souls of the opposite religion.

Subike:

Some souls who follow the Obesqeuium religious path believe in Subike.

Souls who are Obesqeuium Subike's expect other souls to respect them and get very frustrated when it is not given.

The most popular way for Obesqeuium Subike's to earn shyns is to capture rare creatures, breed them and sell them off.

These souls will often lie to protect their church as well as others in the Obesqeuium religious path.

Remcubitus:

Some souls who follow the Obesqeuium religious path believe in Remcubitus.

Souls who are Obesqeuium Remcubitus's spend their lives following Obesqeuium Subike's and Obesqeuium Lenduror's around, being at their beck and call 24/7. They start young, as soon as they are old enough to understand their place in the world of religion and their job doesn't end until they are physically incapable to work.

Mystotico

Mystotico is one of the religious paths in the Pontentia religion.

This is the religion that no soul dares to speak of, the one that scares others.

Why, you may ask?

Because the souls of the Mystotico path have learned how to use magic, without a price.

They have found other forms of magic that don't come from the kind inside of your body.

They discovered:

Potions, magical rituals and the magic of sacrifices.

These souls will even go as far as to sacrifice one of their own to protect their village from disease, hostile creatures or even war.

The Land Of Fargone is home to this path.

Lenduror:

Some souls who follow the Mystotico religious path believe in Lenduror.

Souls who are Mystotico Lenduror spend all of their lives learning how to practice unnatural magic, so they can use it but most importantly mentor others when the time comes.

Souls who have mastered the art of unnatural magic get the title: Mystotico Master.

Subike:

Some souls who follow the Mystotico religious path believe in Subike.

Souls who are Mystotico Subike are experienced enough to sacrifice other souls and perform basic magic.

They also encourage young souls to follow this religious path.

Remcubitus:

Some souls who follow the Mystotico religious path believe in Remcubitus.

Souls who are Mystotico Remcubitus's support Subike as well as Lenduror in the Mystotico religigous path, but they are laid back and take no interest in learning magic. They support what their fellow souls are doing, they just don't want to be a part of it.

Mystotico Remcubitus's usually stands watch if others are doing magic that is dangerous and could end badly. They supervise and make sure no one gets hurt.

One thing is for sure, they can always be counted on.

Vicalacetea

Vicalacetea,(also known as Victea) are souls who don't believe in the Pontentia religion.

Yes they know/believe that the Deities created Evigheden and everything that lives in the world, they just don't see the point in worshiping someone who puts souls in the world unwillingly.

They still respect the Deities and are thankful that they created Evigheden but Vicalacetea souls won't bow down and worship them, or gift them their much needed resources just to appease them.

Most Vicalacetea's will all live together in small villages because souls who do believe in the Pontentia religion will disrespect them.
