You should read what every button/value does.
For reference,I'm on i7 9750H.Great cpu,can be undervolted a lot but runs very hot.I use liquid metal,Opolar cooler and stand cooler.

Make sure of these:
your laptop is above the surface;
your fans inside the laptop aren't sending back the hot air (if it does ,isolate them);
your dust filter doesn't stop air from coming out or in (take it out if it does);
your laptop's holes are big enough and air is flowing continously;
your laptop's fans' speed is high (try software like Notebook Fan Control,TPFanControl,etc);
your ambient temperature is low in the summer;

Some of these settings are for old CPU models but I still set them.
Clock Modulation->100%Useful for old CPUs,100% means they won't throttle under 100% of their speed.
Set Multiplier->Maximum valueUsed by older CPUs,the value multiplied by 10 will be the CPU's frequency.
Speed Shift - EPP->0This value controls the cpu performance. 0 for maximum performance,255 for minimum performance.
SpeedStep-DisableThis does the same thing as Speed Shift but is for older CPUs.
C1E-DisableThis is a power saving feature.
BD PROCHOT-DisableThis is the last emergency action done by the CPU,means it will shut down at 100C+.

PROCHOT OffsetIf your laptops has the PROCHOT to 95 or 96 put 2,this should raise the limit to 98 which won't go to extreme 100C so you won't risk your laptop to be shut down if that's the case.
AC Timer Res-0Timer resolution,lowest should be best for performance.

ICCMax-set to maximumThis value increases the stability of the system. (change ICCMax for CPU Core and CPU Cache).
System Agent- between 0 to -20By undervolting this you risk to have much less stability when undervolting.
Intel GPUTThis value too should be equal to System Agent Offset Voltage.
iGPU UnsliceTThis value too should be equal to System Agent Offset Voltage.
Disable and Lock Turbo Power Limits-CheckThis disables your CPU's power limits (very useful).
Cache Ratio-set to maximum (min and max)This doesn't increase much performance but your CPU will overheat from this.Not recommended.
Save voltages immediately-checkDon't be afraid of BSODs,ThrottleStop won't start with faulty values.

Put "99999999" to every box on the right.

Here you can check if your CPU has any limits on.You should watch "Limits" when benchmarking or playing games or even after the session,they won't dissapear.
Keep ThrottleStop always open in background.

1.Open Task Scheduler->Task Scheduler Library->Create Basic Task.
2.Put the name you want.
Next.
3.Check "When I log on.
Next.
4.Choose "Start a program".
Next.
5. Browse and choose your Throttlestop.exe.
Next.
5.Check "Open the Properties dialog for this task when I click Finish".
Finish.
6.Check "Run only when user is logged on" and "Run with highest privileges".
Go to "Conditions" tab.
7.Uncheck "Stop if the computer switches to battery power" and "Start the task only if the computer is on AC power".
Go to "Settings" tab.
8.Uncheck "Stop the task if it runs longer than:" and "If the running task does not end when requested,force it to stop".
8.1.Check "Run task as soon as possible after a scheduled start is missed".
Press Ok.

Open cmd in the same directory as the power plan and write "powercfg -import %cd%\RevisionPowerPlanV2.8.pow " ,press Enter,go to power options and change to "Revision Extreme Performance".
